Our mission is to minimize our ecological footprint while providing the best possible customer service to you. We have developed tools, such as our own brand size converter, and resources for you, all so that you may find the perfect fit!
Warranty
The YUL warranty policy includes free exchanges and returns for all unused or only tried indoors products. Apparel must have the original tags. The exchange/return window is 60 days from the date of receipt.
Exchanges/ returns
The YUL team is committed to making exchanges/returns easy. We are very flexible on our return policies, as long as it makes sense. We want you to find the right product you need! All returns are free in a few simple steps:
  1. Reach out to info@yul-run.com and receive a request confirmation from our customer service team.
  2. Print your return label and apply it to the original box or a similar size one.
  3. Drop it off to your local USPS or Canada Post office.
  4. Upon receipt of your item(s), we will process quickly with the exchange or refund.
