Yes, the option for custom ordering is always available as a personalized order. A custom order corresponds to any shoe specifications that do not match our Swiss Knife and Ranger models. You have the option to order from the following specifications:

• T1 (low-profile racer sole)
• T2 (lite trainer sole)
• T3 (cushioned sole) 

Drop:

• 4mm
• 7mm
• 10mm 

The lead time may vary between 10 and 20 weeks. If you are interested, please write to us at info@yul-run.com, mentioning your interest in a custom order. We will then propose the available colors for your order and take your desired specifications. 

The price for a pair of custom shoes is $210 + taxes. Waterproof and winter options are available. There is an additional $10 per option. 

To reserve your pair, we will ask for a $50 deposit, and the remainder will be due when the shoes arrive at our distribution center.

Our shoes run slightly smaller than standard. If you are unsure of your YUL size, we recommend going up 1/2 size (US) from your usual size. We guarantee a minimum of 1000 kilometers for a normal usage of the shoes, which is a considerable margin compared to the market. It is also possible to exceed this number depending on the usage of the shoe.

Our running shoes offer three different types of soles, each designed to meet specific needs in terms of comfort, cushioning, and performance.

T3 Cushioned Sole: The T3 sole technology provides optimal cushioning, symbolized by the ∑³ symbol on the back of the shoe. This sole is ideal for runners seeking superior cushioning and maximum comfort during their runs.

T2 Intermediate lite-trainer Sole: Our T2 intermediate sole offers maximum versatility, symbolized by the ∑² symbol on the back of the shoe. It is ideal for all types of runs, whether for intervals or standard outings. This sole is designed to excel in all situations, offering exceptional comfort and optimal performance. Quickly becoming an essential choice for many runners.

T1 Racer Minimalist Sole: The T1 sole technology, recognizable by the ∑¹ symbol on the back of the shoe, is lightweight and responsive. This sole ensures minimal interference with your natural stride, providing direct and efficient energy transfer for a smooth and dynamic run."

The concept of pre-ordering no longer exists. We restock inventory on a regular basis. We also offer a custom shoe option.

Delivery typically takes between 24 and 48 hours for in-stock products. Please note that all products displayed on our website are currently in stock and ready to be shipped.

We keep our Swiss Knife and Ranger models in stock. You can rely on us to have them in inventory regularly. We carry both of these models in road and trail shoes. A waterproof option is also available. For the fall and winter season, we offer our winter option. We occasionally have our Hummingbird model in stock, but not on a regular basis.
